Santi Cazorla reiterates stance on new Arsenal contract as wait goes on

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has again insisted that he is ready to sign a new contract with the club, but is still waiting for one to be offered. The 31-year-old is out-of-contract in the summer, and given his importance to Arsene Wenger's side, it will be baffling to many that he continues to edge closer to becoming a free agent. Having joined Arsenal in 2012, Cazorla has gone to make 128 league appearances for the club, and is an instrumental part of the team in his deeper midfield role.
