Arsenal star Theo Walcott preferred having to grind out a result against Swansea
Walcott scored two in the first half to make it six goals in his last five games for Arsenal in all competitions. Gylfi Sigurdsson reduced the arrears to one before the break before Mesut Ozil restored Arsenal's two goal lead with a goal on his birthday. Borja Baston pulled on back and Granit Xhaka was given his marching orders leaving Arsenal holding on towards the end but hold on they did for their sixth consecutive win.
