Arsene Wenger has revealed how many points he believes it will take to win the Premier League title this season. Wenger is quoted by Metro in saying: 'The first trend is set: three teams on 20 points. The championship will be decided by 82-86 points.' Arsenal have not won the title in over a decade, but their manager appears to have a clear idea of how they can be triumphant this term. At the same stage last season Manchester City led the way with 21 points, Leicester trailed behind with 16. By the time May came around, City had fallen off and finished fourth with 66 points.
