Chelsea and Manchester United among teams watching Porto striker who broke 88-year-old record
Scouts from the Premier League were out in force in Portugal last weekend, according to the Sun. The English paper reports that Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and both Manchester clubs had scouts watching Andre Silva, the striker who has been making waves for Porto in recent weeks. The striker plays as a classic number 9, with plenty of strength and bravery to win the ball in the air and lay it off to teammates, as well a nose for goal evident in his scoring record this season.
