Boost For Arsenal As Chile Manager Give Update On Alexis Sanchez’s Injury

Arsenal have been given a boost after Chile manager Juan Antonio Pizzi provided an update of the injury Alexis Sanchez has picked up on international duty describing the problem “as minor”. Chile have confirmed that the Gunners’ star man has suffered a “low grade muscle tear” that has ruled him out of their World Cup qualifier against Colombia. Sanchez will continue to be monitored and treated but is reportedly willing to risk further injury by playing in Chile’s next qualifier, against Uruguay on Tuesday.
