Report: Arsenal Keen To Sign Ligue 1 Winger In Free Transfer This Summer
Reports in France indicate that Arsenal are keen on signing winger Rachid Ghezzal in a free transfer this summer. The Lyon man is out of contract at the club but Arsenal would face stiff competition for his services (via Sport Witness). The start of January saw not only the start of the transfer window but also the start of the summer's free transfers. As of 1 January, players can officially start negotiating with other clubs over free transfers if their contracts expire in the summer.
