Paul Ince says Arsene Wenger needs a leader at Arsenal
Ince was named captain at almost all of his clubs, including Liverpool and Manchester United as well as at international level for England. And the former midfielder has questioned Arsenal's lack of leadership, claiming the Gunners need a Gary Cahill in their squad. Cahill has been handed the captain's armband for 17 of Chelsea's games this season in the absence of John Terry, helping the Blues to nine points clear at the top of the Premier League. Wenger named Mertesacker as his new skipper in the summer following the departure of Mikel Arteta, but the German is yet to feature after picking up a knee injury in pre-season. Ince...
