GETTY Arsene Wenger is in the same position at Arsenal that Sir Alex Ferguson was at Man United With the exception of Fergie, can someone remind me when a new law came in allowing a manager to decide when he left his job? The general rule has been that when someone loses the plot and is not doing what he's paid to do then he's sacked. Fergie decided when he was going to leave Manchester United. Fair enough.
