GETTY Virgil van Dijk is on his way to Chelsea 7.15pm Arsenal have asked for a work permit for Henry Onyekuru, according to reports. The Nigerian has had a storming season for KAS Eupen in Belgium last term. The Gunners are set to pay £8.6m for his signature and appear to be closing in on the deal.
