Olivier Giroud to leave Arsenal: Lyon end interest in striker
Arsenal star Olivier Giroud has been strongly linked with a move away from the Gunners, despite only signing a new long-term deal in January. The Frenchman was sounded out for a move to Lyon as a part-exchange deal for Alexandre Lacazette, with Arsene Wenger keen to beef up their frontline. But Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed Giroud is not on their radar. Aulas was speaking at the unveiling of Bertrand Traore, who joined from Chelsea earlier today on a five-year deal.
