Lyon chief expects Alexandre Lacazette to stay amid ongoing Arsenal speculation

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has admitted that he does not expect star man Alexandre Lacazette to depart the club during the current transfer window after his move to Atletico Madrid broke down. The prolific striker was bound for the Spanish capital at the start of the summer, only for Atleti to see their transfer ban upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Atletico could still make an offer next January when given the all clear to bring new players on board, but the delay has reportedly seen Arsenal jump to the front of the queue for his signature.
