Arsenal to make new £35m bid for Thomas Lemar after Monaco reject opening offer - report
GETTY Arsenal transfer news: Thomas Lemar is wanted at the Emirates Lemar is wanted by the Gunners this summer. But so far the Premier League giants haven't made any headway with a deal. The Times report today that an opening £31m offer for the French midfielder has been knocked back by Monaco. And they add a renewed bid of closer to £35m is now being prepeared. Liverpool and Tottenham have both reportedly asked about a deal for the player. But no bids have been tabled, and it is Arsenal who are most keen to get a deal done.
