Thomas Lemar to Arsenal: Arsene Wenger believes deal can be done for club-record fee
Lemar, 21, has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates as Wenger looks to bolster his ranks ahead of next season. He has already completed the £52million club-record signing of Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon. But he is keen to continue his summer spending spree as he wants to kickstart a new era at the club after signing a two-year contract extension at the end of last season. Arsene Wenger has made Lemar his No 1 transfer target, but Monaco are playing hardball over a possible exit.
