Riyad Mahrez has handed in a transfer request at Leicester
Spurs are the only Premier League club not to make a signing during this transfer window so far. But they have made an enquiry for playmaker Riyad Mahrez, who wants to quit the Foxes. Roma have had two bids rejected and have said that they won’t be making a third, leaving the door open for Spurs. But Arsenal are also keen on the 2016 PFA Player of the Year and they will make a move if Monaco refuse to sell them Thomas Lemar.
