Jan Vertonghen unconcerned by 'crazy' rivals' spending

Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has claimed that the "crazy" level of spending from their Premier League rivals will only make it sweeter when they beat them next season. The likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea have all spent big in an effort to improve their squads this summer, whereas Spurs are the only Premier League team yet to make a single signing.
