Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger hits out at Neymar transfer

GETTY Neymar has completed his £200m move from Barcelona to Paris St Germain PSG, who are backed by majority shareholder Qatar Sports Investments, have today signed Brazil superstar Neymar on a five-year deal. The Ligue 1 giants triggered his £198m release clause to complete the truly stunning transfer.
