Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez won't compete until the transfer window slams shut
The Chile star reported back late to training on Sunday after suffering with flu and promptly strained his abdomen in his very first session back at Colney. Consequently he is out of tomorrow night’s Premier League curtain-raiser against Leicester at the Emirates and also next weekend’s trip to Stoke. Wenger even hinted he may miss an extra week, ruling him out of the trip to Liverpool but more importantly keeping him out of the limelight until the transfer window closes. “He had a little abdominal strain that he caught on Sunday morning in training, before he came to Wembley,”...
