Carabao Cup Draw: How can I watch it? When is the draw? Why is it in China?
When is it on? The draw will be taking place at 4.15am (BST) tomorrow morning - yes, you read that correct. Why is it so early? It’s not early in China. It will be 11.15am local time when the balls enter the pot in Beijing. It all comes down to Carabao being the sponsors of the EFL Cup. The first-round draw took place in Thailand - the home nation of the competition’s sponsor - and they are now hoping to break into the Chinese market by hosting the draw in Beijing. GETTY
