Arsenal dealt defining blow in pursuit of 21-year-old winger, club put block on move after confirming they aren't willing to sell

Thomas Lemar's move to Arsenal will not be going through this summer, after Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirmed that the French side aren't willing to sell the winger due to the amount of players that have already left the club this summer, according to the Sun. Arsenal manager Wenger confirmed the club would not be signing Lemar when he said that a deal for the player is 'dead because Monaco don’t  want to sell.
