GETTY Arsenal transfer news: Thomas Lemar could still leave Monaco Arsene Wenger said yesterday a deal was dead in the water with Monaco not interested in selling. But Daily Record and Sunday Times reporter Duncan Castles claims a transfer is not off the table.
