Arsenal transfer news: Caglar Soyuncu makes major statement over Gunners move ARSENAL target Caglar Soyuncu has revealed he hopes to join the Gunners. By Alex Harris / Published 21st June 2018 Freiburg centre-back Soyuncu, 22, is being chased by Arsenal transfer supremo Sven Mislintat to strengthen Unai Emery’s defence. Mislintat has held talks over a deal but Freiburg are reportedly demanding a fee worth around £30m.
