Stats prove long-shots is an area that needs improvement for Arsenal
Historically under Arsene Wenger, Arsenal have not been a team that takes a huge amount of long-shots, as the manager has consistently implemented an ideology involving tiki-taka football and a meticulous passing build-up. While this is something we love about Arsenal, it can also be a source of frustration, as so often we've seen players look for the pass when they really should have been letting fly. We've certainly been taking more long-shots recently, with the arrival of Alexis Sanchez in particular seeing a definite rise in that department.
