Man United ready to pay £31.3m to beat Arsenal to midfield maestro
Manchester United are keen to beat Arsenal to the signature of highly-rated Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez and will not be deterred by the Spaniards’ £31.3m valuation, according to reports from Don Balon. The 21-year-old has been a mainstay in Diego Simeone’s Rojiblancos side this term, notching eight goals and two assists in 34 appearances in all competitions. His form has led to suggestions that both Arsenal and Man United are tracking his signature, and now reports claim that the Red Devils are keen to ensure they win the race.
