Arsenal receive huge fitness boost as Jack Wilshere eyes first team return next week

The England midfielder played for the first time in 10 months last Friday for the under 21s against Newcastle. He played an hour at the Emirates and then completed 90 minutes today against Swansea. He will not be ready in time for Arsenal's game with Crystal Palace this Sunday.
