Arsenal lead chase for £23m Chelsea target after contract offer is turned down

Henrikh Mkhitaryan has turned down fresh contract talks with Borussia Dortmund ahead of the summer transfer window, with the Armenian's head apparently turned by big deals from the Premier League, according to German publication Bild. Follow the author on Twitter: @Attlee As the report states, the 27-year-old is heading into the final year of his contract. Dortmund are desperate to tie him down long-term, but with his refusal to discuss a new deal they may have no choice but to let him go.
