Alexis Sanchez injury update: Chile confirm Arsenal star will play despite Wenger request

GETTY Alexis Sanchez is set to start for Chile against Uruguay The Chilean FA have declared Sanchez fit to face Uruguay tomorrow night in a World Cup qualifier. Sanchez has been pictured heavily strapped after suffering a ‘low grade muscle injury’ which Wenger has said was his hamstring. Sanchez missed Chile’s game with Colombia last week and stayed home to recover and undergo treatment.
